01Definitions

“Partner” refers to any entity that is affiliated with, or exercises control over, a party – where “control” means the direct or indirect ability to influence management decisions or policies, or ownership of securities (or equivalent rights) conferring more than fifty percent (50%) of the votes exercisable at a general meeting of that entity’s members.

Other defined terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document and apply equally in singular and plural form.

Our total aggregate liability – and that of our Partners – under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have actually paid to us in the three (3) months immediately prior to the date on which your claim arises. This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of whether we were aware of or advised about the potential for such damages.

Under no circumstances shall the Website or its Partners be liable for:

06Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms — including questions of validity, interpretation, or enforcement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

07Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us with respect to use of the Website. If any individual provision is found to be unenforceable or invalid, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

08No Waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later. A waiver of any specific breach or default does not imply a waiver of any subsequent breach, default, or of the provision itself.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Updates will be published on this page. While we may notify you of significant changes, we are not obligated to provide notice in all cases.

Your continued use of the Website after any revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.
